Return Policy
At Club de Noble, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Not entirely satisfied? You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Return Period
You have a 30-day cooling-off period from the moment you receive your order. Within this period, you can return items without stating a reason.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- be unworn and unwashed;
- have all original tags and labels attached
- be in their original, undamaged packaging
Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, or are incomplete.
How to Return?
- Register your return by filling out the form below.
- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging.
- Send the package to the return address.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of this.
Return Costs
The cost of returning your order is at your own expense, unless it concerns a defective or incorrectly delivered item. In that case, we will cover the return costs.
